Click here to fill out our New Patient Form. At your first visit, we will review your medical and dental history, and perform a comprehensive examination. The examination will include an oral cancer screening, cavity detection, periodontal (gum) exam, evaluation of the bite, and screening for jaw joint problems. Complete series of x-rays will be taken and reviewed at your appointment. If you have any x-rays from a previous dentist, please let us know their name and number and we would be more than happy to have those records transferred for you. Please allow 1 to 2 hours for your initial visit. The length of your appointment will depend on if time with the hygienist has been reserved for you after your exam and x-rays. Please feel free to spend some time at home reviewing any concerns you have regarding your oral health and write them down. The doctor will be more than happy to consult with you regarding any specific needs that you have.
